In this Zoom workshop, you'll learn how to use them for yourself, in your home, for energy protection, and if you're a therapist, in your treatment room!

From Reiki 1 as a skill for healing yourself, family, friends and pets, to Reiki 2 enhancing your energy, using sacred symbols, and if chosen, working professionally, to Reiki Master level, where you can guide, teach and attune others. This is a powerful and beautiful journey!
Reiki is a hands on healing that can be learned by anyone. Reiki uses universal energy to work on the mind, body and spirit. It can reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation.
Reiki uses gentle touch, over clothing, for healing and helps to balance the whole person. It can be used alongside other traditional and complementary therapies to bring deep relaxation and support.
I am a Usui Reiki Master with over 25 years experience and can trace my lineage back to Graham and Hazel Raven and Dr Mikao Usui. I am a member of the Reiki Healing Association.
Reiki 1 - Next training weekend 23rd & 24th March 2024 - In person at Yogafit, West Kirby.
Reiki 1 is the starting point, you are attuned to Reiki over a beautifully relaxed retreat weekend. During the weekend you receive attunements, which begin a healing process. You may subsequently begin to notice alignment, awakening and that your vibration is raised.
We enjoy soothing meditations, healings and learn practical skills as a group. Reiki 1 is for personal growth, self healing and working with family and friends.
I work with small groups of no more than 6 people and also offer bespoke online Reiki courses and course refreshers.
All materials are provided and you will receive a Reiki 1 Certificate.
Reiki 1 in person - £160
Reiki 2 - Next training weekend 10 - 4pm, 17th & 18th February 2024 - In person at Yogafit, West Kirby.
Reiki 2 is the practitioner level - having studied Reiki 1, you can progress to the practitioner level which allows you to work with clients professionally and gain insurance.
This course is not only for those who wish to work professionally. The course is also a beautiful self-development retreat, you will find that the energy you are working with is increased, as is your frequency. You will learn about a series of additional Usui Reiki sacred symbols and their amazing uses, how to work with distance healing, working professionally and ethically, creating a healing space and much more.
The weekend enables you to progress, both in terms of your daily use of Reiki and your spiritual growth.
If you wish, Reiki 2 can also allow you to start working with clients and facilitate their healing journeys.
I work with small groups of no more than 6 people.
All materials are provided and you will receive a Reiki 2 Certificate once you have completed the required case studies.
Reiki 2 - £240
Reiki 3 Masters Training - Next weekend training 10 - 4pm 2nd & 3rd March 2024 - In person at Yogafit, West Kirby.
Reiki Masters training is the highest level of training. Again, we work in a retreat style over a weekend. It raises the energy vibration to an even higher level and enhances the Reiki skills previously learnt. You are taught the Master symbols, which can then be used in the attunement process of others, if the you decide you would like to teach, but this is not essential.
Becoming a Reiki Master is a further step in your self-development and on your journey using this beautiful energy. Stronger energies become available once you become a Reiki Master, this can be an ongoing process involving continuous personal growth in so many ways. With the Master attunement and the use of the Master symbol, you become open to the limitless uses of Reiki.
